ThinkSafe APP: How you operate your Health and Safety in the field or workplace

The ThinkSafe APP is the most efficient, easy-to-use, powerful, offline-capable and versatile Health and Safety APP on the market.

Think of our APP as all of your paper processes converted into digital form, allowing you to manage Health and Safety onsite from your mobile device, including inductions, inspections, meetings, hazard and incident reporting etc.

If we don’t have what you need, we will custom create digital forms to suit your business, imagine turning your most used piece of paper into a digital form on our APP.

ThinkSafe Dashboard: How we monitor and store your APP data

Your APP connects to your ThinkSafe Dashboard. As you enter data (for example on your Induction form) it is logged and organised, securely as a data entry in your Dashboard. Each Dashboard data entry can then be viewed or exported as a PDF, or Excel document – never lose paperwork again.

We monitor your Dashboard too. If a serious incident is logged, we’ll know straight away and call or email you directly to work through the process.

We look out for your business in real-time, so everyone gets home safe.

ThinkSafe Sharefile: The powerhouse, your Health and Safety Management System

Your ThinkSafe Sharefile is a secure, online platform that contains your Health and Safety Management System, based on the AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 International standard.

Your Sharefile includes:

  • Policies (Health and Safety/Drug and Alcohol/Infectious Diseases)
  • Emergency Response Procedures

  • All of the required forms and templates

Most of the work has been done for you. Simply log-in to your Sharefile account and revise the pre-populated Risk Assessments and then implement, using our step-by-step Implementation Guide.

We review any legislative changes and update your Health and Safety Plan, Policies and Risk Assessments annually, which are then automatically uploaded to your Sharefile.

The HSWA 2015 ACT has a due diligence requirement on Officers (managers and directors).

How is this measured in legal terms, if it ends up in front of a judge is as follows–

1. Whether the individual exercising due diligence understands that proper systems are in place to manage hazards / risks in the business.

2. And the extent to which they know that they are implemented and effective.

Step 1 is met by using the ThinkSafe System.

Step 2 is met from the visibility that is provided from using the ThinkSafe APP, data in the ThinkSafe Dashboard and from the quarterly activity reports provided by ThinkSafe.
