How is Go different from Pro?

Same ThinkSafe membership — both arrive loaded with our forms, documentation and advisory team. The difference is how you run it. Go is self-serve — you sign up today and use the pre-built catalogue as-is. Our team makes any form tweaks you need, included. Pro starts from the same loaded system but adds custom workflows, multi-step approvals, deeper integrations, offline capability and a dedicated account team. Pick the one that fits how you want to operate.

Does Go work offline?

No — Go is online-only. You'll need an internet connection to capture data. If your team works in places without coverage and offline use is essential, ThinkSafe Pro offers full offline capability.

Can I move from Go to Pro later?

Yes. If your needs grow into custom workflows, multi-step approvals or deeper integrations, we'll work with you on the move to Pro.

What if I need a form that's not in the catalogue?

Tell us what you need. Our team builds custom form changes for Go members — it's included in your membership. If you need fully custom multi-step workflows with conditional logic and approvals, that's ThinkSafe Pro.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes — each ThinkSafe Go membership is a 12-month term that renews automatically for another 12 months. Within the term you can be billed monthly or annually (annual saves approximately 10%).

What support is included?

Email and phone support, plus access to the ThinkSafe advisory team — HASANZ-registered NZ health and safety advisors — for guidance on prequalification, audits, incident response and the wider compliance picture.

How does cancellation work?

Each ThinkSafe Go membership is a 12-month term that renews automatically for another 12 months. You can choose not to renew at the end of any term — just let us know before your renewal date. Your data is yours; we'll help you export it if you go.
