Why I built ThinkSafe
ThinkSafe came out of my years managing high-risk projects in Papua New Guinea. I learned what good health and safety looks like when the stakes are real — and saw how out of reach it feels for most businesses, usually not because they don't care, but because safety's been made to seem complicated.
I started ThinkSafe to make quality health and safety accessible to every New Zealand business, and to take the mystery out of it. Safety isn't a separate job you bolt on — it's the outcome of getting everything else right.
We're not a sell-and-forget company. No hard sell, no mass emails, no call centre — just real people who know the work and pick up the phone when you need them. I want every client to feel like the only client we have.
